講到食嘢要食香味,大概冇一種菜式夠中菜講究。而講到精緻,廣東點心又絕對係佼佼者。今次呢間餐廳,又將色香味同精緻度推高去另一個層次。 🍖佢哋全部嘅顏色都真係太好睇,由一開始橙色嘅芋角,到紅色嘅大根櫻花餃,黑色嘅蝦子海蔘餃,紫色嘅淮山麵,什至個牛肉生煎包下面都鋪滿咗鮮綠色嘅長蔥,全部都係最好嘅視覺享受。 🍖佢嘅香氣亦都非常出眾,芋角上面有魚子,同海蔘餃上面嘅蝦子,系味覺上嘅鹹香,生煎包鋪係底嘅蔥,就充分咁樣帶出青蔥嘅味道,又可以聰明咁避開咗將蔥夾雜喺肉類入邊,非常為我哋呢啲唔食蔥嘅人著想。最勁繫個淮山麵,佢撈咗個松露油,成功為成個麵帶出香氣,但係最緊要系帶出埋上面半肥瘦叉燒嘅肉香。所以食上嚟嘅時候更加系香上加香。 🍖最後講嘅係味道,其實溫度決定味道,蒸籠上嘅餃,當然係熱辣辣。生煎包係用鐵板上,保存溫度之餘,亦都令個皮更加脆,熱辣辣嘅淮山麵先至可以發揮松露油嘅極致。最後不得不提嘅係甜品嘅川貝陳皮燉啤梨,佢地充分暖碟之後先上枱,個雪梨勁腍,而且個梨本身同個汁非常之夠熱,所以感覺更加滋潤,更加香甜。 色香味說易行難,佩服呢度真係可以做到。
