I have been focusing on finding good ramen in HK recently, and I have ordered the ordinary dip-ramen for $79 today.The soup is above average, it has a quite strong taste of pork. The ramen portion is ok, given that I have ordered the extra large portion for free. It is not chewy enough, but still acceptable.The pork is quite nice, both the fat and the meat are well balanced. The hot-spring egg is ok, and serves in a complete piece.
Unfortunately, I still feel a bit thirsty even hours after eating.. not sure if it's because of the soup or may be just the weather lol.
