早排經過呢間餐廳,見到有新嘅壽喜燒餐廳,近呢幾年越來越多壽喜燒餐廳喺香港開業,唔似之前只係得一兩間喺中環。今日行過呢一頭決定中午去試一試,雖然係壽喜燒餐廳,但係今日不太肚餓,所以點咗佢一個A5和牛赤面嚟試吓,除咗可以揀蕎麥麵或者烏冬之外,仲可以揀湯底,湯底可以揀普通湯,辣湯同埋沙嗲湯,我揀咗辣湯,配菜除咗黃牛之外,仲有大量嘅櫻花蝦同埋香蔥,令湯底嘅口感同埋味道升咗去另外一個層次。A5 和牛切到薄薄的,因為呢個係刺身嚟嘅,都有好多牛,除咗點豉油Wasabi之外,仲可以用個熱湯嚟616到佢半熟,所以有多種食法,如果係兩個人嚟嘅話,可以一個點壽喜燒一個點呢一個面,跟住再將牛肉放去壽喜燒嗰度都得。都幾好食😎
