今次黎到銅鑼灣,就係黎試所有食材都係由日本直送過嚟香港宮崎肉本鋪。今次叫左宮崎A5桜花牛極上燒肉放題,首先會上最大最靚既一盤牛,而侍應哥哥都好耐心咁介紹呢個自家農場養殖宮崎A5桜花牛-6款部位任點:五花腩、牛肋肉、肩口肉、肩里肌、內後腿肉、外後腿肉,仲有4款贈送部位:西冷扒、壽喜燒(附雞蛋一隻)仲話食到最後西冷扒同壽喜燒嘅部份時,會幫我地燒。件件都真材實料,當中牛肋肉燒係上黎,入口即溶,又唔會太膩最鐘意既係今晚既西冷扒,又可以做廢人等侍應哥哥幫手燒,燒肉手勢又好,個面有啲焦香,肉汁豐厚,又有油香,雖然冇得不停食,但係食一塊就已足夠仲有三款和牛內臟,我就試左有和牛心,牛腸,同埋牛肺燒和牛牛肝都係第一次,感覺有啲似鵝肝既口感,不妨一試再試燒雞冠,都係好少見,好爽口,有啲似雞軟骨甲羅燒會配埋米通同埋鵪鶉蛋一齊上,溝埋一齊食,味道較重既蟹膏,因為加埋蛋既關係,唔會乾晒,反而可以keep住滑滑既口感,蟹膏又唔吝嗇,可以厚厚咁鋪上米通上,有蟹膏既鹹香,鵪鶉蛋既滑,同埋米通既清新脆脆既口感。成件事個概念就好似食鵝肝多士咁,唔錯個人認為食燒肉唔可以一味燒肉,最好係要食埋佢既沙津菜,咁先可以食足全晚,保
