Yakiniku Restaurant from Japan with Ouca Wagyu Theme
This yakiniku restaurant is the first overseas branch of Miyazaki Niku Honpo from Kyushu. This shop exclusively imports full cattle and some of the rarest cuts from the award-winning Ouca Wagyu Farm. It mainly serves semi-all-you-can-eat yakiniku sets with A5 Kyushu wagyu beef. Besides, Kagoshima Kurobuta Pork, Kumamoto chicken and seasonal Japanese ingredients are also provided.

餐廳:宮崎肉本舗地區:銅鑼灣地址:銅鑼灣糖街25-31號6樓日期:20/5/2022時間:19:30人數:2人 等位: 0mins 價錢: $1760咁啱係IG新假期介紹尼間和牛燒肉店望啲和牛既質素唔錯,於是預約咗520呢個日子慶祝下❤️佢有四款套餐分別係兩款放題,每位價錢係$998同$898,可無限追加六款和牛及其他小食,而另外兩款套餐指定6-10款和牛拼盤燒肉,及無限追加其他小食,每位價錢係$698同$598。我哋就揀咗$898可無限追加六款和牛,兩款放題套餐只係相差「和尚頭」,因為唔知係咩部位嘅肉😅所以唔感興趣想試,OpenRice 預訂座位有八八折,折後加一$1760。喺門口揀完套餐之後剛好可以upgrade入座和室,比較私人隱蔽嘅空間,環境冇咁吵鬧,雖然都可以聽到隔離講嘢但尚可接受,首先會單獨上一份肉眼扒😍,會有職員幫忙燒,油花香入口即溶,真係好好食🤤,之後再上和牛拼盤再教我哋和牛先後食嘅次序,服務都唔錯👍食完第一轉之後,再嗌左兩轉五種不同部位既和牛,可惜之後再比和牛嘅質素已經比較參差😢其他小食方面,比較好食嘅只有吉列廣島蠔,芝士年糕,雞皮餃子,櫻花蝦蛋黃醬帆立貝,呢幾款我哋都有再嗌第二轉😌沙律、黑松露餃子、芝麻雪糕、3.6牛乳果凍都正常發揮。而拉麵方面,九和一之藏拉麵同辣麵就麻麻地🙊雜錦天婦羅完全唔OK,炸皮太淋,食咗一舊已經完全唔想再食😑其次蟹味噌甲羅燒,我哋第一轉已經嗌,嗌左三轉野食都仲未嚟,要吹先至有😐雖然係好食嘅,味道鮮美,不過已經係食飽嘅狀態先送嚟,加埋米餅一齊食,食左一塊已經食唔落🙈嘢飲方面我哋覺得白桃乳酸梳打對比巨峰及青蘋果係最好飲😚建議如果唔係大胃王,可以唔使嗌和牛放題,食得多會覺得好膩,而且小食比較普通,個人覺得性價比不高🤭,不過值得讚嘅係環境不錯,員工服務幾好☺️ continue reading

優點:肉好味,特別是頭一盤肉,其他放題既食物都好精緻,擺盤漂亮,分量適中,無漏單情況;服務相當好,而且好主動,用餐環境都好舒服,乾淨。但有兩點比較奇怪第一,個爐離座位比較遠;要伸長手去燒。第二,最後半小時不能落單之前沒有特別提醒,落單系統會突然中止點單,如果無提前點甜品和飲品,就會無得食喇! continue reading

見新開,所以都一於book位試下9:30pm時段入座有78折,加入會員又有牛舌送👍🏻一行2人嗌咗九州A5和牛套餐放題放題黎講,都幾多食物選擇和牛方面,油脂比較明顯既和牛,食起上黎係正常但油脂唔明顯、深色既和牛,食起上黎係多根之餘,又咬唔開其實冇諗過每人係得7塊和牛之下,可以有一半既和牛都咬唔到🙄 以依個價位,不如我食牛角放題仲好小食方面,蟹味噌甲羅燒,係必食既,蟹膏沾上脆餅中和油膩感😋特濃牛乳奶凍好滑好好食個人認為,放題啲小食、甜品 比起主食既和牛更為出色🙊值得一提,有個店員好有耐性(我諗係經理),有個客人要求多多、又要challenge餐廳既和牛點解同上一次食既份量唔同,但佢都好有禮貌解釋,讚 continue reading

又有新開嘅燒肉店,近排燒肉店真係越開越多,今次去哩間係響銅鑼灣SUGAR+入邊,個場都係新嘅,成橦好似暫時都係得幾層有公司。不過餐廳都要早一、兩日訂坐先有位,可能新開好多宣傳,香港人(包括我),係鍾恴試新嘢。今次兩個人去食,揀咗$898櫻花牛放題。環境都幾寬敞,有個落地玻璃窗位,應該仲有兩三間VIP塔塔米房。先來咗一個極上燒肉拼盤,而西冷/肉眼, 壽喜燒都只會來一次,放題嘅部位係得6個。後腿肉同肩里肉係偏瘦,肉味重啲。而五花腩同牛肋肉就油份高啲,所以我都唔食太多。 食完拼盤後,追加咗三四次肉,主要都係瘦肉(後腿肉及里脊肉為主),同埋牛肋肉及豚肉雞肉等,質素唔錯,屬中上。另外亦叫咗啲前菜例如冷豆腐,亦有叫其他燒肉類例如雞腎、雞肝、海鮮等,質素中等,意料之內。最後叫咗雞肉泡飯、蟹肉魚湯泡飯同和牛拉麵,說真話,有啲失色,雞湯無咩味,牛拉麵中下。最想讚係個漬物三品,係packing嘢我知,不過真係好好食; 同啲器皿都有心思,唔係一式一樣。服務方面,佢地有人來幫手燒頭一塊西冷,可能仲算係新開,有啲生疏,有感已盡力,情有可原。不過有位同事係咁過來收細我哋個火.....(其實我燒肉技術都唔差,火太細燒出來唔好食,所以我每次都自己開返大佢。)近排真係好多燒肉店,不論放題定Omakase,質素好壞參半,而且好似開始有飽和嘅現象,競爭應該都幾大,尤其是唔係連鎖店。$898唔係平,要特圍而出,真係要花啲心思。 continue reading

我哋一行4 個女仔去試吓哩間高級燒肉,我哋book 左房,好開心猛傾猛燒🤣食物質素非常好👍🏻啲A5 和牛實在太正太正⋯仲有個日本雞頸肉真係令人驚喜,我哋揀嘅辛口味,相當出色⋯咁多野食底下,我哋都叫左5 碟🤣個日本魷魚🦑估唔到燒出嚟咁好食個北海道3.6奶凍,好味到⋯我哋4 個女仔每人都食咗兩個個柚子雪糕,好多雪巴咁嘅⋯食咁多肉,真係可以refresh 下個味蕾不枉咁大雨都堅持出去食嘢,幾個女仔出去食飯除咗野食要好,地方乾淨舒服有招呼都好緊要😎下次一定會再黎 continue reading
