To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到有松葉蟹任食,星期六日就黎左試下。整體來說,是有些微失望的。(可能有期望就有失望)。一入場就見到好多食客,頓有「全院滿座」之感,稍有「劈場」感覺,我會用「高級劈場」黎形容呢種形式嘅自座餐。重點之一的松葉蟹,肉質軟嫩,偏鹹(仿似一種海水咸),直到食蟹鉗,蟹鉗裏便啲肉都幾鮮甜。(但爆開蟹鉗嘅工程係相當之浩大),但就味道來說整體就好一般,我吾會用「美食」黎形容佢。最後埋單每人hkd$600左右,但同樣價錢可以食味道更好的美食,所以不建議九龍區的居民特登黎食。
