To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次LKF食野,感覺都高級啲,雖然係食放題,但環境同食物都有水準,食足三個鐘!人手落單,慣咗掃code落單感覺冇咁方便😅前段任叫前菜、刺身、冷盤(包括松葉蟹腳)、天婦羅等,重點當然係食刺身同蟹腳,自己唔好蟹亦唔識食,個人食到係鮮甜冇雪味嘅!刺身就一定好過平時嘅放題啦!食到中段就上A4和牛,每人100g,個人感覺牛味重,但個燒汁都重手咗,肉質腍度可接受,但唔驚艷😂呢個價錢合格啦!頭個半鐘落單都出到足,之後就甩單了,order刺身同茶碗蒸,等左20分鐘催過一次,過左陣只有茶碗蒸到,再等多10分鐘左右先尼刺身…好彩中間叫埋一人一主菜,叫咗和牛烏冬/呑拿魚腩丼/野菜小鍋,邊食邊等,和牛烏冬啲牛都唔差!最後好飽都要食埋甜品,有蕨餅,brownie,雪糕,生果,滿足!
