I can’t believe my westerner friend took me to a local restaurant I had never been. Shame on me i guess…. This restaurant occupies whole street and few shops. It’s so packed when we visited on a Saturday night. I was so pumped when i saw the outdoor kitchen, , all those folding dining tables and chairs, and the staffs “screaming” to each other. It’s chaos. The owner also served us a few bottle of chinese healthy drinks after the dinner. He said now they got a factory having a mass production of the drinks! This bamboo drinks are so good to remove the “heat” inside your body after all those delicious deep fried food
