we arrived at the restaurant at 6:50. sadly, the waitress said most of the tables have been booked and we have to share a table with a couple. the restaurant was cosy and a bit noisy at first, with people talking around my table, but it was reasonable.we ordered a 'leung boon tofu', 5 bbq lamb, lamb dumplings and stir-fried cabbage, plus a 'san ja cha'.the food came quickly-the restaurant has maintained the high quality of its dishes served. the tofu was very nice, so are the dumpings-lamb lover

we arrived at the restaurant at 6:50. sadly, the waitress said most of the tables have been booked and we have to share a table with a couple. the restaurant was cosy and a bit noisy at first, with people talking around my table, but it was reasonable.

we ordered a 'leung boon tofu', 5 bbq lamb, lamb dumplings and stir-fried cabbage, plus a 'san ja cha'.

the food came quickly-the restaurant has maintained the high quality of its dishes served. the tofu was very nice, so are the dumpings-lamb lovers will be unable to stop eating it. the bbq lamb was okay while freshly barbecued, yet it went too salty while it went cool

and the stir-fried cabbage, ha, that was the most surprising dish of the dinner. at first i thought it was nothing special-it looked exactly like that sort of cabbage anyone could cook at home. yet after eating to near the bottom, the flavour of the spices came out like a flood. my mum said it was the taste of 'fa ji'.
a surprise indeed. yet the vegetables were too oily.

as for the environment, there were quite a lot of mandarin-speaking people around my table. no discrimination- but perhaps of the wine they have drunken and the relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant, they were chatting, laughing and cheering more and more loudly. at last when the booked tables were filled, the restaurant became unreasonably noisy-you couldnt even hear what the person right opposite to you was talking about. annoyed by this, my mum and i quickly paid and left for our dessert.
