To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行六人六點半左右到,大約有五、六枱客,食到八點幾,差不多有8、9 成客。皮片鴨1隻,皮脆有點炭香,幾好。海哲,夠凍粗條彈牙多汁。酸辣湯(位上)濃烈醋味,料頭豐富。和牛叉燒,系一件鬆化嘅切片牛扒。龍蝦粉絲煲,龍蝦得1、2件有肉,其他全部都係蝦腳,而且粉絲冇乜味,這個比較差。茘枝咕嚕肉,肉都脆但個汁略為吾夠,個人覺得波蘿比茘枝更適合配搭這個餸。燉湯和魚付娃娃菜冇試。黃金脆奶,即系炸鮮奶,個皮厚左啲,入面嘅奶亦都冇乜奶味。壽桃包,熱辣辣,蓮蓉吾太甜。楊枝甘露,夠凍,柚子西米可以,但吾系好見到mango嘅。埋單$2673/6 位,ok 啦。
