朋友在灣仔住,佢介紹左呢間hEat 食地中海菜,當然出名係食海鮮同Dry Aged Steak。餐廳環境甚有情調,燈光柔和,見有個二人套餐,有成8個courses,價錢都合理喎,全部都係名貴海鮮,仲有招牌嘅45-Day Dry Aged Steak,十分期待。先上餐湯,Crab & Lobster Bisque,蟹肉一絲絲的,好足料,龍蝦湯味濃郁,頭盤半生熟吞拿魚肉片,魚鮮味好香,另一頭盤係虎蝦,夠大隻,爽口,下一道是Foie Gras, 鵝肝切了方角,大細剛好,用焦糖汁煎到焦香,再配上溫泉蛋,令口感更滑溜。到Clams上枱,蜆好大隻,最特別係個sauce,第一次食到呢個煮法,用了香茅加薑來煮,估唔到咁夾,應該係地中海獨有的烹調方法。主菜之一名貴龍蝦,原來每人會有半份,非常興奮,用了芝士焗,起肉出來大大塊,底部有中東米,店員介紹用了couscous 古斯米,加上了大量黑椒,非常濃郁。另一主菜,45-Days Dry Aged Steak,切好一件件方型,燒成外熟有質感,而中間半生熟,加小小海鹽,更帶出牛肉味,味道非常香醇,肉質軟熟冇筋,真係上等食材,唔怪得知要用門口一個大保溫櫃作儲存,

最後甜品可三選二,我和朋友叫了心太軟同Earl Grey Ganache , Ganache口感像mousse ,好creamy ,好滑; 心太軟熱㷫㷫,中間流心,朱古力味濃。
