To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次試新嘢晚餐食花膠翅舖頭唔算大!位偏迫!砂鍋花膠雞湯翅配飯($78)~翅唔多!花膠有兩件,算大嚿雞唔算多!飯偏硬!可能預將啲飯放落湯渡!我哋果煲湯唔太熱見其他人個砂鍋好熱!可能因為個煲上咗枱後叫我哋轉枱!攪咗一陣用餐其間都唔止我哋尼枱要轉枱其實如果食物未上枱而要求轉枱都情有可原!但食物已經上咗枱再將啲嘢食轉嚟轉去!感覺唔太好!尤其是疫情下醉猪手跟削麵($62)~尼個反而有驚喜個湯㡳系藥膳刀削麵一般!可能配米粉更好醉猪手,份量唔太多!但無嘜酒香味反而甜味過重餐牌嘅粉麵飯餐無寫明跟咩湯底!唔太清晰
