星期六日係屋企閉關左咁耐,今日番工又係時候搵新餐廳試下,今次對我來講係新餐廳,但係其實已經有64年歷史,我都係見佢始創1956 年先入嚟試吓。好耐冇嚟過冰室食嘢,一入到黎忍唔住即刻點左幾樣經典嘢食。點左:雪山常餐1 $46,即雪山沙茶牛肉公仔麵,頂級雲腿午餐肉炒蛋,同香酥丹麥多士,經典芝蛋牛肉漢堡包 $32 同避風塘生炸肶 $28。茶餐個滑蛋好正,滑得來唔會散修修,同埋特別在於佢唔係用普通白麵包嚟整多士,係用丹麥包,焗得脆口加埋一搽落去就溶為一體既牛油,正呀。芝士蛋牛肉漢堡包亦都好有水準,牛肉漢堡似係佢係自己打嘅,會漏蛋漿既煎蛋同埋醬汁令成個包外脆內juicy🤤🤤炸肶果然係生炸,一上碟係熱騰騰既,用刀一切係卡擦聲,清脆既外皮加埋避風塘辣粉,食落更加刺激。食完d tea 之後諗著叫番d 主食,見到有我鍾意既叻沙就揀左檳城叻沙海南雞米線$46,雞係鋪平面,非常吸引。之後見到有個餐牌出左個冬日暖笠笠系列,就揀左蝦乾馬拉盞生啫芥蘭煲 $78同香噴噴臘味煲仔飯 $68一人份量/$98二人份量。本身以為一人份量係講緊一碗飯,點知嚟到嘅時候係勁大個囉鍋😂,本身食咗咁多嘢嘅我哋都真係唔係幾食得晒,另

本身以為一人份量係講緊一碗飯,點知嚟到嘅時候係勁大個囉鍋😂,本身食咗咁多嘢嘅我哋都真係唔係幾食得晒,另外大欖都真係色香味俱全,蝦乾同馬拉盞嘅香氣透過熱騰騰嘅鍋散發晒出嚟,未食聞到已經流哂口水,呀姐仲會幫手摷混d 菜,令每一條菜都充滿哂馬拉盞味,真係惹味餸飯之選。
