長長的青山道又豈止一間食得過的食肆,但如果由荔枝角近球場的工廈穿過球場往長沙灣方向,這座「雪山」需時步行十分鐘左右,叫做比較近。現場八成食客都點中餐補飛再襯個小砂煲中湯,本枱反其道,選西或南洋。叻沙海南雞米線,已去骨,半髀半胸,湯底略淡未夠香濃,米線麵底似扣了底比一般米線店少,盛惠$68未免牽強。焗溫泉蛋肉醬意粉$62、焗豬扒飯$65一齊上,賣相孿生一樣,溫泉蛋意粉的蛋明顯已成溫水煮蛙般已熟成狀態,蛋黃汁已變固體。肉醬意粉整調味同樣偏淡,味道較似兒童餐;焗豬反倒「藝高人膽大」,用到成吋厚的豬扒,而竟不嚡不乾,算是肥瘦有緻。榛子醬西多$32,也是用n字頭那款榛子醬,豪氣在整支糖漿遞來任君塗抹,唧到碟西多「水浸」款都無人詐型。特飲一杯「華田曲奇妙趣」本來不能跟餐,但夥計走去打單又顯示只加$9,算抵飲,預設已是小甜,就一片oreo,浸淋撈勻飲就顯得整杯特飲較濃味。臨走一開玻璃門,寒風即竄入,比雪山更刺骨。 continue reading

早幾日到長沙灣工作,收工後在附近覓食~看到雪山冰廳的晚市套餐價錢相宜,而且差不多坐滿客人,便一試了~💕我們點了:二人套餐 $168包2盅燉湯、一味小菜、一味海南雞或霸王雞或是日海上鮮$10 本來不是叫套餐的,在點菜的時候,店員姨姨說我們如果想吃小菜加霸王雞的話,二人套餐是最抵食的(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 男朋友作為資深食肉獸,全雞宴又上演了(≧∇≦) 我們選了:霸王雞半隻 又香又滑! 皮爽肉嫩,啖啖肉! 啫啫燒肉滑雞煲未上枱已經聞到香味了! 最令人期待的啫啫咋咋的聲音真的很吸引💕☺️燒肉很香口入味,雞肉煎香夠鑊氣!椰子燉赤肉湯 燉湯足料而且熱辣辣(*ˉ︶ˉ*)非常滋補清甜,喝完暖笠笠。靚湯熱辣辣超足料,有雞腳、瘦肉,很清甜滋補👍🏻二人餐份量足料,連白飯都超大碗(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)整體是實惠的! 另外加點了一個避風塘生炸脾🍗 ($35)是餐廳的招牌菜!一場來到,當然要試一試,炸雞脾賣相吸引,外皮脆卜卜,雞皮表面有避風塘粉,整體口感更豐富更惹味,好惹味! 生炸雞髀,外脆內軟滑,不愧是招牌!整體來說,不愧是老字號茶餐廳,小菜夜魅,份量抵食,店員姨姨更是10分友善! 值得encore,價錢不貴,是糧尾恩物。 continue reading
