真係多得朋友介紹,616火鍋抵食又好食,尤其是最近推廣的信州特選和牛盛,有牛肩胛、牛腹肉及赤身三款,每款數片;更贈送澳洲五花趾,只售$234。當中牛肩胛超正,雪花豐富,入口最軟熟。食完軟熟的和牛,不妨同時欣賞有咬口的各大罕有部位牛,有安格斯橫隔肌、澳洲五花趾、澳洲牛肩脊及牛上肋,才$204。款款都好食,各有千秋。亦可以考慮試埋滑尾龍,以生蛋醃著,令肉質更加柔滑,我覺得口感似中式滑牛肉片。牛骨清湯是最好的選擇,原汁原味品嚐牛肉,湯鍋裏面仲有好多肥美的牛腩,味道唔錯。除此以外我們亦點了大量蔬菜、油豆腐串、蜂巢豆腐、水蓮菜、唐生菜、油麥菜,墨魚滑等等。飲品唔錯。616的特色是醬料每人$10,自己取,水及用具都是自助,沒有加一,環境氣氛唔錯,我覺得物有所值。
