和友人想吃鐵板燒,第一時間便想起新入選2025年米芝蓮指南的「三原鐵板燒」!餐廳以主廚三原先生命名,主打割烹風格的鐵板燒體驗🔥 當天到訪品嘗了KAPPO TEPPANYAKI LUNCH SET,$480便享受到沙律、茶碗蒸、帶子、時令魚料理、和牛/豚肩、炒飯、湯品、漬物及自家製雲糕,性價比極高!當中最有驚喜的是以白粟米酥包裹着北海道帶子這道料理,香脆又美味!而香煎銀鱈魚配上紫菜牛油汁及以壽喜燒汁煮的A4宮崎和牛薄燒同樣高質🥩✨ 無論味道、環境和服務都令人非常滿意,期待將來有機會晚市到訪品嘗更多道料理🥰 題外話當天師傅非常英俊,進食時一不小心就分心了🙂‍↕️
