To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚我們放工口痕痕地……去了几年沒踏足过……大中華吃晚飯,今年景然3个月內去了二次😋😋……可見物有所值。可能平日,不用book都有位,我們4人坐下,馬上寫了8度菜式,當中一定有最出名的黑椒鐵板豬手……上菜時鐵板Sa……sa聲,十分香口,黑椒汁微辣配合洋怱一起吃……好味到一個点跟住煲仔飯熱辣辣,伙記在外弄好送过來……嗅到一陣陣臘味香味……又不油利,接着寫了名叫黃金鮮魷,奇實是用咸蛋黃做配料,把鮮鱿切成溥片及咸蛋黃炒得均勻,刚好佈滿鮮魷上,一口的咸蛋鮮魷,即炸即吃,口感十分好味,跟住椒鹽白飯魚,魚过大,不夠脆口,口感不夠一条条薯條……脆,味道一般还有小炒王,有腰果、虾干、韮菜花等,集合一起炒,不是太咸,可以送白飯,再來炸墨魚餅,未点汁先吃原味,口感小弹口,墨魚味不夠,但又不是多炸粉,再把墨魚餅点汁,又另一D味,今次沒叫士匪雞,最後上的炸子雞,當放在台上,炸子雞顏色有点不同,皮不夠脆,又点皺……雞脂肪雖然不算多,但雞肉有穌味,全晚最不好吃止炸子雞,因炸子雞不是太多地方用正统方法去做了,見到大中華有,便試試……有点失望,今晚整體飲啤酒+8度餸不需$1000,真合理,之後会再去
