4年前第一次來Atum Desserant體驗Improvisation 。當時男友準備考畢業試,我們還特地在即興畫上寫了祝福語。今年男友又要考另一個重要試,所以今年的情人節活動我特地帶他重遊舊地,給他一個驚喜。餐廳是U型桌的酒吧格局,座位不算多,所以一定要提早預訂。我們這次同樣是點了Improvisation ($348 for 2) ,印象中價錢好像和4年前差不多呢!先送上welcome drink師傅先在我們面前舖上『矽膠蓆畫紙』,然後就在畫紙上即席用糖醬畫畫,再用不同的分子料理雪糕及甜品裝飾。每位師傅都有不同畫風,所以每一幅都是獨一無二。過程中師傅和我們有頗多互動,例如要我們猜猜不同的分子料理食材是什麽味道,也有邀請我們大展身手畫幾筆!接著師傅就開始在我們面前製作分子雪糕,這晚有兩種口味,分別是竹炭黑朱古力味及紅桑子味呢!因為師傅知道男友準備考試,還特地把冷冰冰的分子雪糕盤放在他頭上『祈福』,煙霧彌漫,很特別的儀式喔!最後鋪上大量龍鬚糖就大功告成了!成品賣相極佳,味道方面也毫不遜色。我最喜歡吃金桔jelly,酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。分子料理雪糕比較脆身,味道濃郁,頗有水準。wasa

成品賣相極佳,味道方面也毫不遜色。我最喜歡吃金桔jelly,酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。分子料理雪糕比較脆身,味道濃郁,頗有水準。wasabi芝士奶凍味道特別,玩味十足。身為煙韌控及抹茶控,最開心莫過於見到有抹茶麻糬!吃的時候配上一條條的龍鬚糖,口感大大提升。

甜品畫附兩杯飲品,這次我試了Signature Fruit Tea 。這水果茶造型甚有氣勢,原來要先把士多啤梨浸在普洱茶內再蒸餾,atum果然從頭到尾都大玩玩味!
