想平民價錢食到廚師發辦,雲壽司呢度有三個價錢,最平$380,有十件精選壽司仲有面豉湯。食白身魚之前就趁新鮮食左海膽先。果然夠曬鮮甜。跟住就正式由白身開始。剝皮魚,比較有咬口嘅魚通常配番啲濃味嘅魚肝醬係面提味。真鯛,較為爽口而且魚油亦較多。池魚,除左魚油外亦多一份鮮味。青魚,光身魚就需要薑蔥癖腥。赤貝,當然就係夠曬爽口。帶子,居然係爽口嘅口感,只比赤貝多一分軟身。牡丹蝦,大隻鮮甜。炙燒銀雪魚,燒過更帶出油分,本身仲要厚切,食落真係超有魚油味!吞拿魚魚腩,當然壓軸先食。呢個油分最重。呢度勝在速戰速決,客流量好高。好多客人出出入入但全程都滿座。座位距離稍微比較少,身軀比較大份就好容易掂到隔離嘅食客。總體黎講食物質素都幾高,想係有限時間內食到高質嘅食物,呢度係唔錯嘅選擇。
