蘇浙滙是上海有名的江滬菜館。現時在香港和澳門各有一家分店,而香港店在2012/13年獲得米芝蓮一星。整體而言,菜式水準有點兒參差,味道不及上海的分店。餐廳佔地不大,但店內環境優雅。我們點了一個六人套餐($2,580),再另外加了幾道小菜,飲品和甜品,大概每位$450。Jardin de Jade, a renowned restaurant chain in Shanghai, has opened an outlet in Macau and an outlet in Hong Kong. (1) 先吃了冷盤。最特別的菜式之一是招牌素鮑魚,口感富有彈性 ,沾些豉油來吃跟真飽魚真的有幾分相似。半透明的水晶肴肉彈牙又富有膠質,肉質鮮甜。
(8) 反而生煎包做得不錯,低部煎得香脆,微微焦香,裏面的湯很夠濃。
