Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不想吃太貴的日本料理,其實「一遊」走年輕化路線的日本菜也有值得推介地方,比方創作料理三色蛋卷,班戟蛋皮釀入牛油果、鰻魚、蟹子,牛油果香配上爽口的蟹子,味道繽紛也貼合夏天。一般小吃約五十元,而非刺身類的主菜不用一百,加上居酒屋的氣氛,是平民的開飯推介。
