To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次喺荃灣收工,想食東南亞菜,我都會去小越廚,因為$200已經包兩個主食套餐、一款特色小食,加兩杯飲品,性價比超高,喺香港呢個時勢真係好難得。豬頸肉撈檬分量足,豬頸肉多而有咬口。生牛肉湯檬粉湯底濃郁,牛肉同牛腩都好嫩滑,檬粉掛湯,好香甜。泰式炸蠔餅用料足,蠔仔多到每啖都食到,蛋漿炸得鬆軟香滑,外脆內嫩,惹味又開胃。泰式豬頸肉外脆內嫩,配特製醬汁更滋味。飲品點咗泰式青檸梳打同檸檬茶,清新解膩。環境舒適,服務細心,非常滿足。支持小店,絕對會再訪!
