To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次喺荃灣收工,想食東南亞菜,我都會去小越廚,因為$200已經包兩個主食套餐、一款特色小食,加兩杯飲品,性價比超高,喺香港呢個時勢真係好難得。豬頸肉撈檬分量足,豬頸肉多而有咬口。生牛肉湯檬粉湯底濃郁,牛肉同牛腩都好嫩滑,檬粉掛湯,好香甜。泰式炸蠔餅用料足,蠔仔多到每啖都食到,蛋漿炸得鬆軟香滑,外脆內嫩,惹味又開胃。泰式豬頸肉外脆內嫩,配特製醬汁更滋味。飲品點咗泰式青檸梳打同檸檬茶,清新解膩。環境舒適,服務細心,非常滿足。支持小店,絕對會再訪! continue reading

朋友仔收8點,好彩比我地搵到呢間小越廚,啲套餐仲抵食夾大份,有泰式又有越式,想食咩都得!好,坐低睇下有咩好食先。泰式生蝦刺身,晶凝通透,夠新鮮,食落爽口帶少少黏。叫套餐可以選A一款B兩款,啱晒超級肚餓既我地。青咖喱雞扒配蒜蓉包,青咖哩濃稠又惹味,茄子炸過好香口,索埋咖喱汁好好食。蒜蓉包超多蒜蓉好香脆。生牛肉湯檬粉,生牛肉好嫩,個湯底有牛味,唔錯!醉貓香茅豬扒炒河,炒河都幾有鑊氣,愉快豬扒大大件好抵食!飲品叫咗泰式檸茶、泰式奶茶 continue reading

之前成日經過呢間越式餐廳,不過一直都未試過,成日都見到好多人喺門口等緊,今日喺門口睇吓Menu,原來真係好抵食,一於嚟試吓啦。我哋叫咗個三人餐,可以揀一個主食,三個飯,仲有三杯飲品,真係非常抵食呀。主食方面,我哋揀咗泰式火山排骨,一上枱真係同泰國夜市食嘅一樣,排骨好多,搭成一座山咁,非常適合打卡。然後佢嘅湯底酸酸辣辣咁,但係唔會太辣,啱晒唔係太食得辣嘅朋友。我就揀咗無骨豬手飯,又係好有泰式風味,豬手份量好多,而且全部都冇骨,食落唔會太肥,肥瘦適中,而且佢嘅汁好適合送飯。朋友就揀咗呢個青咖喱雞扒飯,估唔到佢嘅青咖喱雞扒同飯係分開,所以我都試咗佢一舊雞扒,雞扒皮比較脆,肉質嫩滑,亦都係唔係太辣,大人小朋友都食得。另外,呢個無骨鳳爪都好抵讚,酸酸辣辣之餘,份量都好多,食落好開胃,好適合夏天食啊。我嘅呢杯泰式奶茶好有泰式風味,但係冇泰國嗰啲咁甜,飲落好解暑。呢間餐廳除咗價錢好平之外,味道同份量都好出色,唔怪得知都咁多人排隊啦。 continue reading
