To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 滂沱大雨既今天, 為咗食餐好既我哋同事們無懼風雨來到魚一.  感恩兩層既餐廳座位頗多, 不用等位就安排在樓上雅座.  午市定食選擇多, 最後揀定壽司竹(炙燒), 喜歡佢全部都是炙燒食得較安心.  整個定食包括: (但無逐一影相)~ 三文魚麵豉湯:  剩下既三文魚邊不浪費, 加在麵豉湯與白蘿蔔及豆腐同煮即帶出鮮甜味, ~ 沙律菜配胡麻醬:  沙律菜新鮮, 配胡麻醬開胃~ 日式茶杯(碗)蒸: 因為用比碗高身既茶杯, 滑溜蒸蛋肉有冬菇/素翅/蟹柳~ 炙燒壽司: 三文魚2件/松葉蟹柳/熟蝦/加洲卷2件/鰻魚(穴子)/帶子/牛肉/左口魚, 不是簡單既炙燒, 是有加調味/香蔥/乾蒜粒, 每款都好夠味不用加Wasabi也可以.   欣賞鰻魚(穴子)肉質有些嚼口, 不會太軟, 另有較特別既左口魚入口即溶.   唯一是牛肉較遜色, 沒有燒牛肉香味.以午市$98不加一有這個套餐性價比頗高.

Other Info. : 希望餐廳留意, 未上枱既跟餐沙律菜放在bar枱最好用保鮮紙蓋著較衛生, 不要一兜兜在空氣中長時間暴露, 始終遇在疫情階段
