在數款丼飯中,老公選了魚一極上丼飯 HK$158

既然是招牌丼飯,用料當然特別豐富,丼上盛有牡丹蝦、帆立貝、海膽、池魚、三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚、中拖羅和三文魚子,令人看得心開!

海膽新鮮甜美,質量要比預期理想,而池魚、油甘魚、中拖羅和三文魚籽同是令人印像較深刻的類別!至於飯粒不會煮得過硬或過軟,符合我們的口味!

丼飯雖不算是上等食材,但整體新鮮,予人正面的感覺!

無菜不歡的我,來一客日式炒雜菜 HK$48 是自然不過的選擇!雜菜炒得不錯,夾雜木魚絲入口,爽口清怡,我們最後把它全清掉!

當晚在「魚一」的用餐體驗,不單讓我更加肯定小市民堅定的意志,亦理解到「魚一」的收費、服務與質量也有一定程度的可取,所以門前等候的人群不絕,並不是靠單方面來維繫的!

呢間日本壽司店食過好多次佢真係好抵食一定要同大家分享分享!大家可能都知裝修前好少位 而家裝修左大左好多 而且環境都坐得好過之前每次我叫壽司來來去去都係個d 有三交魚呀 蟹子辣味三文魚 吞拿魚。佢哋嘅嘢食都好新鮮,而且份量都唔錯,一些香港人比較鍾意嘅壽司例如象拔蚌,北寄貝等等,都是便宜的。特別係佢平均都係6-10$一件未開壽司狼之前真係狂食!佢除咗壽司仲有熱食同小食例如餃子,蟹子沙律,啤酒,烏冬等等,如果大家想夜晚去食的話最好七點前,星期五六日公眾假期等 最小要等30分鐘!

滂沱大雨既今天, 為咗食餐好既我哋同事們無懼風雨來到魚一.  感恩兩層既餐廳座位頗多, 不用等位就安排在樓上雅座.  午市定食選擇多, 最後揀定壽司竹(炙燒), 喜歡佢全部都是炙燒食得較安心.  整個定食包括: (但無逐一影相)~ 三文魚麵豉湯:  剩下既三文魚邊不浪費, 加在麵豉湯與白蘿蔔及豆腐同煮即帶出鮮甜味, ~ 沙律菜配胡麻醬:  沙律菜新鮮, 配胡麻醬開胃~ 日式茶杯(碗)蒸: 因為用比碗高身既茶杯, 滑溜蒸蛋肉有冬菇/素翅/蟹柳~ 炙燒壽司: 三文魚2件/松葉蟹柳/熟蝦/加洲卷2件/鰻魚(穴子)/帶子/牛肉/左口魚, 不是簡單既炙燒, 是有加調味/香蔥/乾蒜粒, 每款都好夠味不用加Wasabi也可以.   欣賞鰻魚(穴子)肉質有些嚼口, 不會太軟, 另有較特別既左口魚入口即溶.   唯一是牛肉較遜色, 沒有燒牛肉香味.以午市$98不加一有這個套餐性價比頗高.

唔差在幾舊冰麻

咁啲野暖晒,好食極都有限,所以味道都係下次有機會堂食再評(p.s. 之前堂食過lunch就正常嘅)

當天6點半喺openrice落單, 8點去到話未有得攞,喺舖頭入面已有兩三個人喺度投訴等咗個幾鐘,我當時心諗,我兩個幾鐘囉!!、我已經唔算叫得多,又唔比人cancel,最後8點40先有得攞,超誇張,買咗其他舖既外賣都凍曬好耐,店內員工好似若無其事咁,漫不經心

魚一不嬲係元朗好出名嘅壽司舖,有人直頭攞佢同壽司郎比較。星期日時間,等咗一陣間就順利入坐。鋪頭都幾大,分兩層,我哋兩個人安排坐二樓。刺身質素幾高,我特別鍾意食佢嘅貝類,爽口鮮甜,老婆就鍾意食蝦,佢話隻蝦又甜又大隻。我哋仲貪得意叫咗個水母刺身,不過原來個質感係硬身嘅,當係獵奇都幾得意。壽司嚟講,我覺得個火炙三文魚真係好正,火槍燒到魚皮邊位好濃嘅三文魚香,配埋醬汁同埋蔥碎,係個口到融合起來,齒頰留香。鵝肝壽司就好典型,好食,好濃郁嘅鵝肝香味,真係肥到爆炸。牛壽司就好普通,冇乜記憶點。拖羅反而質素比較差,即使食中拖羅,都食到有少少筋,比較失望,赤身都係普普通通。食日本嘢,我最鍾意食茶碗蒸,不過呢碗茶碗蒸就真係冇乜記憶點,普通到不能再普通。整體而言,唔算係非常之好食嘅日本菜,不過喺元朗區算係咁啦。

壽司嚟講,我覺得個火炙三文魚真係好正,火槍燒到魚皮邊位好濃嘅三文魚香,配埋醬汁同埋蔥碎,係個口到融合起來,齒頰留香。
鵝肝壽司就好典型,好食,好濃郁嘅鵝肝香味,真係肥到爆炸。
壽司就好普通,冇乜記憶點。

食日本嘢,我最鍾意食茶碗蒸,不過呢碗茶碗蒸就真係冇乜記憶點,普通到不能再普通。
