Restaurant: Fulum Fisherman’s Wharf Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 09-09-09新開將,11-09-09我和媽媽第一次到呢間新開將既酒家試下午茶,仲以為富臨出品必屬佳品,但原來係咁差!!!下午茶小點$8.8,中點$11.8,大點$15.8,價錢都不是問題,最後要好食,但點心評價如下:煎蘿蔔糕:好油,無味,要用醬料搭夠潮州粉果皮好厚,D餡無味,極差芋絲春卷:唔知咩餡(因為黑忟忟一堆野),而且勁油,好似飲油咁,超難食燒鵝瀨粉X2:超掂,而且好平($9.8)好大碗,仲係鵝脾位置人手唔夠,入坐混亂,坐左係度等10分鐘先有人問你要咩茶,會吹人埋單,呢間富臨漁港開係呢D人流唔多既地方,唔駛1個月就會無人幫親,唔駛一年好快會執笠,因為價錢貴,附近D住的都是公公婆婆,沒有收入何來會黎呢D高消費既地方,咁既價錢,咁既質數,真係只此一次,
