To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家大細黎飲茶漏左幾樣野食 問左幾次都未有等左接近1小時終於有一次有姐姐話佢而家即刻叫廚房整10分鐘有咁我地繼續等點知野食未到前後就有兩個姐姐埋黎催我地埋單我地想搵經理查詢個經理貴人事忙啦唔逼到我地發脾氣都唔肯出黎出到黎仲要話「我岩岩忙緊搬枱 唔得閒解決投訴住」仲問番我地「咁你地想點呀！」咁既服務態度 真係祝貴公司繼續生意興隆啦下

其實我不是第一次，來這間酒樓飲茶食下午茶，今次嘅水準又感覺差左！那些碗碗杯杯，也要過水好多次才乾淨！無奈不知道我屋企人點解很喜歡這間酒樓！所以才一次又一次來這間酒樓飲茶！希望佢可以改善一下！

見報紙的皇帝蟹餐12位$3688，价值合理，便與家人一起去。結果忍不住劣評！皇帝蟹：不新鮮，肉質已變軟。帶子荷蘭豆：帶子已變酸臭，咬一口即吐。上湯浸菜苗：吃到底有一張出菜紙。北京填鴨：份量不夠一只。炸鳳尾蝦 : 冷藏貨，沒味道，沙律菜不新鮮。乾燒伊麵 : 極多油。成份餐份量不足，要加五只乳鴿才勉強夠食，出餐次序錯哂，先出兩碟菜，然後4、5個餸一齊上，全枱滿瀉。乳鴿切一開二，叫侍應切一開四，她叫我哋用剪蟹的鉸剪自己剪！態度惡劣！厠所極汚糟！地下黏立立！以後永不再去的食肆！

20230218--週末--富臨漁港地址: 沙田瀝源街7號沙田娛樂城4樓到石門睇完櫻花，沿城門河走到沙田，對岸就是沙田瀝源，遠遠就看到富臨漁港招牌，差不多到晩飯時間，也不想到新城市排隊等位，就到富臨開餐時間約六時，不用等位，順利入座酒樓很大，位置寬闊，裝修有點老舊點了龍井茶侍應送上花生，香脆不會太多鹽份點餐:蠔皇花膠扒獅子參($128)賣相討好，份量慷慨足足有四至五件花膠，不是薄薄的貨色，也算有點厚度，炆得軟腍帶點咬口，有驚喜原以為像其他食店，只會有數片手指甲大小的海參，獅子參份量不少，相中已吃了數條，應該有十幾條之多，海參質感不錯，生菜爽脆，獻汁不會太咸，喜出望外上湯龍蝦伊麵(約一斤四)($188)擺盤精美，有頭有尾，整整齊齊龍蝦啖啖肉身位置有五、六件，肉質不算緊實，有點鬆散，味道麻麻，不過例牌價錢質素，就不能跟原隻秤的爽口彈牙龍蝦肉質相提並論伊麵份量也可分到四、五碗。埋單:$387花膠海參有驚喜，但例牌龍蝦味道失分不少侍應服務有求必應，座位距離感足有機會也會再到富臨試試其他晩飯小菜

見到廣告$498大閘蟹放題，見到價錢幾吸引，於是搵埋舊同事一齊去試試。當日5點幾去到（訂咗6點），掃咗安心出行，職員就安排入坐。大閘蟹講真幾爆膏，職員態度非常好，但講好的自取片皮鴨就變咗要搵職員落單，但片皮鴨由6點幾等到接近8點才上檯。最後一輪大閘蟹由油鹽變咗清蒸，職員唔係唔老實就係唔熟餐單！點解咁講？因為傳單寫住任飲汽水（自取），問職員職員就話唔包，拎張傳單問才話包。另一方面放題是2小時，但最後坐到9點幾職員都無趕，可能因為無咩客。
