To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前睇廣告見到彩福做龍蝦節,知道老公最鐘意食龍蝦,所以即刻book枱同老公食返餐。安達中心呢間分店裝修又新浄又Grand ,感覺舒適,而且位置濶落,完全沒有壓迫感。今晚主角係龍蝦當然要同老公一人一隻先開心,$78元一斤,非常抵食,我地揀咗上湯焗最原汁原味,再揀多幾款小菜就夠了。上湯開邊焗加拿大龍蝦龍蝦每隻size都好大,而且份量十足,店家還超貼心將所有龍蝦鉗一份為二方便進食,枱面上已經放有刀叉,方便客人用。上湯味道恰到好處,仲可以帶出龍蝦嘅鲜甜味。脆皮㕵金南乳雞-半隻雞皮香脆不油膩,而且雞肉肉質嫩滑,有水準。櫻花蝦蒜子濃湯泡莧菜蒜子濃湯微微滲出櫻花蝦味,莧菜鮮嫩,而且吸收咗濃湯之後莧菜鮮甜味更特出。鮮蝦荷葉飯材料豐盛,有雞肉,燒鴨,鮮蝦,蝦肉爽口彈牙,飯粒充滿荷葉香味,而且份量十足。呢餐真係十分滋味,我已經等不及再約定朋友下星期再食多次。
