揚州炒飯其實對於我黎講太過普通,平時都好少點黎食,因為細個成日食,覺得好悶.人既心態隨年齡改變,今次係城市花園綠茵閣孤獨進餐,又見到揚州炒飯呢個選擇,吸引我既地方係因為加左龍蝦呢度既MENU幾有趣,可以簡FULL PORTION式者2/3,可能咁樣O岩女士既份量掛.但我建議有1.25增量版,咁就更加貼我心紅茶配檸檬,是絕配有樣野要讚一讚,係服務員細心地幫我個袋套起,雖然有些餐廳都會咁做,但係酒店我就第一次餐包都係無咩興趣,個樣都唔太吸引龍蝦揚州炒飯$150 ,面頭有瑤柱絲,蝦仁同埋龍蝦肉,當時唔少得叉燒,蛋同蔥粒.飯粒十分乾爽,咬口方面就不過不失,不算好煙韌,但又唔係軟皮蛇,但飯粒不油膩,而且十分清淡,食到蛋香,咸度要靠瑤柱絲,建議加多點點鹽.龍蝦肉和蝦肉亦係十分爽彈,龍蝦味道會更濃,令到平平無奇既飯粒增添色彩平凡中帶點貴氣就是如此
