吃茄汁煎蝦碌時候就會諗起媽媽和婆婆,呢個好似屋企嘅菜式一樣,你一定會食得高興,而且就像平凡的家庭小炒,蝦碌完全吃得出大頭蝦嘅新鮮又爽口。

食咗四款唔同嘅大頭蝦,就知道同平時我哋食開嘅蝦真係好唔同,大件而且肉質好爽口,真係淡淡都彈牙,有機會嚟我建議你試晒咁多隻,因為每隻都有唔同嘅性格和特質,四隻都好出色。

當晚亦都試咗幾款龍苑出名嘅菜式,都可以分享下。

招牌紅酒燴牛尾煲食過都好幾次,呢個真係一流,牛尾入口即溶,而且個紅酒汁,配上小饅頭真係好正,我件牛尾大到一個點,女仔真係會食唔哂 ,不能錯過的必點菜式。

另外枝竹火腩紅炆龍躉翅煲都係首選,好似我老婆呢啲鍾意食魚又係讚不絕口,龍躉翅大條到不行,講真你喺外邊大排檔或者好似金山海鮮酒家呢類餐廳食都差唔多價錢,但係呢度用上一個同樣嘅價錢就食到酒店級嘅級數,講真,夫復何求。

另外食左金絲鵝肝百花炸釀北海道帶子,呢個高貴到不得了嘅菜式,我諗都唔使講點樣整,或者有幾好食,淨係兩樣名貴食材放在一起,你都可以諗到個化學作用。

呢個Menu做到六月底,大家有興趣食越南大頭蝦嘅不妨黎試吓,去不到越南,暫時過嚟食個飯就當去咗越南啦。
