每次去東京我都希望尋找七龍珠,唔係漫畫嗰個,喺omakase嗰個。就喺一個手卷入邊,放咗好多餡料,而其中最勁最吸睛嗰個就係七粒醃好咗嘅雞蛋黃,然後師傅再將佢切開,雞蛋黃原好無缺咁呈現翻喺切開嘅卷物之上,好睇又好食。不過每次都排唔到時間去食。身為香港人,真係好自豪生長喺呢個美食之都。因為無論咩種類嘅食物,唔使飛去外國,喺呢度都一樣食到。🍖個龍珠又海膽又吞拿魚茸,再用紫菜喺外面包住,冇必要要用任何其他調味料,因為個醋飯已經做得相當夠味,配合埋個紫菜,足夠中和雞蛋黃嘅飽膩感,所以就算每啖一個蛋黃,都唔會覺得飽滯。🍖所以一我又叫咗另一個差唔多嘅月見極丼飯,雖然同龍珠材料相似,但係就因為佢嘅雞蛋同埋魚子兩種唔同既材料,就吸引到我。我冇呃你,雞蛋真係唔同嘅材料,因為今次系用生雞蛋而唔係醃既,出嚟嘅效果會非常唔同,生雞蛋嘅漿會比較流質,適合自己篤爆佢再混和喺啲飯度,龍珠就係一口一個,喺口入邊自然爆開。而呢個丼飯,換嚟自然爆開嘅就係魚子,所以你可以想象到,差唔多嘅材料,差唔多嘅口感,竟然可以有好唔同嘅效果同味道。🍖其他我都係點咗刺身,第一系原條竹篋魚,第二系生蠔,第三系雞刺身。魚同埋生蠔一眼就睇得出都

🍖其他我都係點咗刺身,第一系原條竹篋魚,第二系生蠔,第三系雞刺身。魚同埋生蠔一眼就睇得出都好新鮮, 生蠔嘅肉好飽滿,好有蠔味,而且好juicy。條魚嘅肉質嫩滑,而且好有光澤,配埋個酸汁好夾好鮮甜。最冒險繫個雞肉刺身,佢係華美雞,有雞肉同雞腎嘅切片,仲有半熟雞肝嘅燒烤串,我覺得冒險系因為雞肉要成為刺身,處理係非常重要,再加上我喺名古屋食過,其實唔好食,所以我係因為佢包咗兩杯啤酒先至叫。後來發現好彩有叫,雞肉同雞腎配埋啲薑蓉,食落口味好清新,而且一啲都唔腥,竟然俾我喺日本食嘅好味好多。而個雞肝係最大驚喜,因為有燒過所以特別香,入面粉粉哋,冇咩血腥味,配合個啤酒真係一流。如果唔係食正餐,小食黎講呢個系一大推介。
