韓國熱潮仍然盛行, 韓國食店在香港越開越多, 上星期便去了位於旺角的梨滿園食韓燒.韓燒前, 當然要食各款前菜, 一共有六款. 我自己不太食得辣, 所以最愛食魚仔和青菜.侍應也預備了醬汁, 醬料和生菜, 可以配合烤肉一齊食.我地點了烤牛肉, 特選牛肋骨(無醃), 烤牛脷, 鮮大蝦和烤豬皮.在燒緊的時候, 最好先食一些已煮好的款式, 我地點了醬豬手.上枱時已經切好, 啖啖肉, 進食方便, 而豬手幾腍身, 唔會太硬身.首先, 烤牛肉, 醃得夠入味, 由於夠薄, 好快就熟, 肉又夠腍.烤牛脷和特選牛肋骨(無醃)就淡口一點, 因為無醃, 風味不同.也烤了大蝦和豬皮.大蝦是我至愛, 好大隻, 啖啖肉, 肉質又彈牙, 不用點醬也好好味.韓燒要一試豬皮, 原來蓋上生菜來烤是最好, 有點煙煙靭靭, 口感幾特別.燒墨魚也是不錯選擇.墨魚夠鮮味, 又彈牙, 口感一流, 肉質又夠厚身.愛飲湯的我, 一定要點湯飲, 揀了人參雞湯和牛肋骨湯.人參雞湯幾甘香, 而雞肉也嫩滑, 對於我來講, 味道較淡, 但食了較濃味的燒烤, 也是不錯的選擇.牛肋骨湯感覺不同, 湯的牛味夠濃, 愛牛的人要一試.
