To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二十多前在永年對面返學, 一直由街邊車仔檔豬腸粉到後來入鋪食車仔面, 我都好耐無幫趁, 因為經常太多人排隊. 尤其大熱天時, 見到條人龍都打消念頭去第二間. 但今次可能早到, 無咁多人. 所以決定緬懷舊日情懷. 講番食物, 無點變, 都係同以前差不多. 叫左蘿白, 魚旦, 紅腸油面. 但味精都好多. 蘿白唔夠腍, 魚旦都算彈牙, 油面味道就比咖哩汁蓋晒. 我估大多數人都係為左咖哩汁而黎, 但可能味精關係, 食完好口乾, 即刻要買野飲. 服務態度都係一樣, 無表情, 唔小心講錯野就比阿姐窒下咁囉. 環境好過以前, 最少有位坐, 有瓦遮頭咁 傍邊間棺材舖仲係十年無變,屹立不倒 相信好少食店開響棺材舖傍邊, 都係一大特色. 雖然隔離有咪表位同停車場, 但提議大家唔好開車黎, 因為經常無位. 我有時谂去得永年食, 三份一係熟客, 三份一係想試下, 最後三份一係情意結. 但最感到安慰的是以前的老闆娘, 由一檔車仔檔開始做到而家, 終於可以抖下. 但好記得佢經常掛晌口邊果句: 細佬, 你要嘜野?
