美孚野食唔叫多,不過唔係間間都試過唒,今日冒死試左畢生難忘既石鍋飯,主要係見到有個杏汁豬肺湯就吸引左入去食,入面環境唔差。
一個石鍋炆飯配燉湯$78, 同區唔算抵食,但食落就完全唔掂,不值一文。
珍珠帶子雞粒炆飯,每粒飯都俾一層油覆蓋著,好佩服廚師不惜油錢咁落足油,令到成個石鍋飯令立立,望到已經唔想食,食左一半已經無食,好浪費,但望住個石鍋底有全部都係油,相信無乜人會食得落。
杏汁燉豬肺,賣相奇差,火喉太夠,料不足,豬肺也不好。





To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
