To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真係唔明，話曬晒都開o左咁耐喇，點解仲係咁多人o既？唔通香港人真係特別鍾意等位？！不過依家太古城店明顯少人o左，唔想o係銅鑼灣等咁耐o既可以考慮去果度。話晒都係呢度o既長期客仔，點都要post下D相同大家分享下。是日晚餐叫o左：(1) 上海小籠包4隻($20)：依然皮薄餡靚又多汁，好食過香港鼎泰豐。(2) 蔥爆牛肉($58)：京蔥好好味，D醬汁都好惹味。(3) 蒸銀絲卷($10)：冇叫叉子燒餅配蔥爆牛肉，改用銀絲卷，okay咁啦。(4) 涼拌日本青瓜($35)：青瓜爽口，唔錯，不過價錢略貴。(5) 紅油抄手6隻($26)：都幾辣，味道唔錯。(6) 竹蔗茅根水($10)：一般啦。相中就係小籠包，蔥爆牛肉，涼拌日本青瓜同紅油抄手。
