To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近幾個月飲食界最熱搜的,應該都係點心放題,總之但凡做開中菜的,不論酒店、中菜店、酒樓都紛紛推出點心放題,價錢由幾十到三百左右都有。好幾年前點心放題未流行,凱悅酒店的凱悅軒已經率先做左,價錢唔算平,當時都食過兩次,質素甚高,所以一直都對點心放題好感興趣。今次試個相對平價的,就係尖沙咀中菜店「南海一號」,星期一至五$168,周末及假期$188,另收人頭$25茶錢,同每枱$28一籃蝦片(就算唔要都要收錢),計埋加一,每人總計要$250(周末價錢)。另外佢分兩個時段,第一段11:30-13:00,第二段13:15-14:45,每段限時1.5小時,其實幾趕。菜單上有29種菜式可選,如果真正只計點心的話只有10種,選擇比其他店少,其他都係小菜同炒粉麵飯,不過整體質素都不俗,最優勝嘅係,呢度無遮擋的維港兩岸景觀,樓底亦高(佔左兩層),所以毫無壓迫感。我試左菜單上9成菜式,雖然每樣都少少(可以自己點分量),但都飽到上頭頂。蝦餃燒賣:正常發揮,蝦餃皮都算薄唔韌,啖啖蝦肉。金蒜蟹肉菜苗餃:幾清新,夾雜左蝦肉,但蟹肉少左啲。小籠包:皮厚左少少,但肉餡豐富,湯汁豐富鮮甜。葡汁鱈魚酥:店方獨有點心,外皮脆脆,裡

蝦餃燒賣:正常發揮,蝦餃皮都算薄唔韌,啖啖蝦肉。
金蒜蟹肉菜苗餃:幾清新,夾雜左蝦肉,但蟹肉少左啲。
小籠包:皮厚左少少,但肉餡豐富,湯汁豐富鮮甜。
葡汁鱈魚酥:店方獨有點心,外皮脆脆,裡面啖啖鱈魚粒,配葡汁好惹味。
春卷、鳳爪:滿意,水準之上。
蘿蔔糕:煎得幾香口,只係蘿蔔絲分量唔多。
黑糖馬拉糕:似普通馬拉糕,黑糖味唔重。
豉油王炒腸粉:腸粉滑身,色水夠,味道夠,惹味。
陳醋雲耳:好醒胃的前菜,酸味剛好,雲耳爽脆。
話梅石榴:本來冇期望,但出奇地幾好食,石榴口感似梨咁爽,話梅粉提升左石榴清甜味,好適合食完肥膩菜式後食。
咕嚕肉、辣子雞球:呢兩個小菜真係唔錯,咕嚕肉剛剛好掛汁,酸甜味恰到好處唔嗆喉;辣子雞球一點都唔辣,但勝在有椒麻味,唔錯。
鮮筍肉末四季豆:好有鑊氣,又唔油唔鹹,送飯的話一流,我食左兩轉。
麻婆豆腐、蝦仁炒蛋:呢兩道就失色啲,唔係唔好食,只係豆腐唔辣,炒蛋係滑,但得一粒蝦尾。
蟹肉冬蓉羹:食左兩碗,都撈唔到蟹肉,但只當佢係蛋白冬蓉羹的話就好好飲,濃稠度剛好,又清甜。
香芒果凍、南瓜西米露:兩款都唔錯,唔會好甜。
豆沙蘋葉角:個名有點奇怪,但其實係豆沙糯米糍,外皮煙煙韌韌,帶點葉的香味,豆沙餡微甜,有驚喜。
收費蝦片:係幾香脆,佐酒一流,不過太多嘢食,食唔晒要打包。
去的當日天氣非常好,又恰好被安排坐窗邊位,真係好舒服,只不過由於時間太趕,都無太多閒暇欣賞景色,不過坐的位置剛好望到半島酒店頂樓,成日睇到直升機升降,都幾好睇嘅。服務方面都幾好,侍應有禮,收碟有效率,漏單亦冇出現過,算唔錯了。
