To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人生日, 一行8人到深水埗添好運試下他的私房菜因為私房菜有房坐, 我們早了一星期預訂 (星期六晚), 本先呀姐同我講d房無哂, 問我介唔介意坐大堂, 佢拍返一張8人檯俾我地. 但後來又話有房 (其實大堂都幾寬敞的, 又唔洗食滿1k , 各位朋友都可考慮) 點心很好吃, 以下逐樣介紹 (每樣的名字也真頗長呢)1. 黑魚子雞油豆腐卷 - 豆腐很滑, 黑子也香, 不過唔係好驚喜個種2. 雲腿虎掌菌龍蝦餃 - 當真有龍蝦, 大約半隻手指尾的長度, 不過俾餃裡面d菌絲&其他配料搶了, 朋友說的comment 大多數係" 哦, 有龍蝦喎" 咁, 所以以 $30 一隻餃去食, 我唸見仁見智了 3. 紅油牛肝菌黑木耳 - 好好味, 有d辣, 但就好野味, 同埋黑木耳有益, 成個小食好健康 4. 原隻鮑魚雞粒酥 - 是我們各人都焦點, 它也沒有令我們失望, 鮑魚很林,入味, tart 很鬆,有牛油香, 鮑魚仲同你一分為二,唔洗你一口咬唔開, 好細心... 真係太好味了 5. 鵝肝醤炸粉果: 好香鵝肝味,唔會好膩 6. 極品鮮松茸牛柳腸粉 - 唔係好記得, 因為唔係好特別7. 琥珀合桃酥 - 像真度有

6. 極品鮮松茸牛柳腸粉 - 唔係好記得, 因為唔係好特別
7. 琥珀合桃酥 - 像真度有 70% , 同埋都好香,唔會太甜 ,好食
8. 燕窩蛋白燉鮮奶 - 食得出唔係好cheap的燕窩, 同埋唔係好甜, ok GOOD

當然我地仲有叫其他出名點心啦..那些都好有水準不過唔多講啦.. !!

p.s. 有一樣唔好 , 就係佢要人地親自去俾訂金 ($500) ,呢個安排真係唔係幾方便, 因為佢距離太子, 深水埗, 石硤尾地鐵都有一段"大" 路.
