To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與家人於位於逸東酒店的逸東軒點心午飯。逸東軒可說是佐敦及油麻地區比較高檔的中菜館。 這裡的點心款式不多,而且喜歡加入矝貴食材,例如黑松露,黑豚肉,帶子等,故點心價錢比較貴。 點心的平均水準不錯,廚房功夫頗穩重,用料認真,咸水角,和牛煎餃,帶子燒賣用料認真,製作頗算精巧。不過家父是叉燒飽尊家,他認為此酒家的叉燒飽則大理想,他分析叉燒不是新鮮切片,而是碎濕濕的叉燒粒,而且叉燒包包皮有點濕,上枱時又爆口。 我們又點了燒腩仔肉魚湯米線,燒肉份量少了一點,質素算中規中矩,而米線嫩滑,魚湯鮮美,唔錯!
