To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住南海一號係有水準嘅中菜,見佢搞午市點心放題, 去試嗰陣都有好高expectation。去嗰日天氣好好,成個維港景好靚。去嗰日係星期六唔係好多人都冇坐爆,訂位嗰時都覺得好奇怪因為我哋係星期五book星期六,但係一book就有位。坐低望下張點心紙選擇唔多有十款點心,同埋一啲小菜好似咕嚕肉,同埋少少甜品芒果果凍西米露,跟住就係炒粉麵飯。坦白講食物質素都幾失望。小菜好似咕嚕肉,同炒粉麵咁都係有水準嘢。但係我係嚟食點心嘅啲點心一食就覺得唔似呢度嘅出品,似係買返嚟。。。價錢就二百蚊一位,由於點心唔好味,所以成餐好似三餸飯放題咁叫左幾次咕嚕肉同炒牛河。點心就個炒腸粉幾好 ,其他點心不了 。
