To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 讚1. 點心的確係平左,每人約一百五十,同美心差唔多,但環境舒服好多2. 部份點心係唔錯既,蝦餃外皮好,春燒炸得唔油,燒賣都多汁,呢幾樣基本功都好彈1. 明顯地唔夠夥計,好多人都舉手叫人都無人理2. 部分點心係差既,馬拉糕根本係清蛋糕咁既樣,仲超甜,叉燒酥油得出奇,完全唔酥皮
