今次黎到銅鑼灣,估唔到都有類似觀塘工廈既抵食牛扒。仲要係地舖,裝修感受到美式風格。牛扒方面今次叫左佢個usda prime 390 days grain feed flat iron,眾所周知Flat Iron係牛入面比較軟腍既部份,加上叫左5成熟,令大量肉汁得以保留,食落除左腍仲好Juicy。值得讚既係,佢塊牛扒>1吋厚,咁煎落先可以做到5成熟,正。另外,佢仲有份應該係用牛油最後將d牛扒肉汁混合既pan source,點完真係Juicy好多。390 days aged亦令佢既牛味更加出,唔錯。薯條方面好濃厚既黑松露味,仲要係任食,完全唔驚食唔飽。而且佢d薯條全部都係熱辣辣新鮮炸出黎。所以保證條條都脆,好食。
