麵凍，湯又不熱，味道濃但係唔稠

沒想到一間沾麵店做唔到沾麵的效果， 首先湯完全做不到掛面的效果，係十分之稀， 感覺似食湯麵，但湯完全不熱， 雖然已經在下面放了蠟燭保溫， 但本來湯都已經唔熱嘅時候仲點樣保溫呢，再者麵是凍的，不是喛，是凍，除了麵質做得好外,其他完全敗筆，連配搭的炸物，叉燒等等都是凍的，感覺像放在室温長時間明明沾麵店最出色應該係麵加湯底，點知依家最差就係湯底，而且湯底落得太多洋蔥，令到 湯底帶出的不是鮮甜味而係一種蒽甜味，正因 湯底不熱到整個品嘗效果十分之差， 雖然嘗到湯底入面有很多味道， 可能不熱的關係，感覺更像味精。 而且只食了幾口已經令到我感到很 膩
