心血來潮好想食片皮鴨,上網搵左勁耐,搵到附近嘅玉桃軒酒家有得食,訂位嘅時候順便訂埋。京式片皮鴨(一隻) $258為咗食片皮鴨,我哋其實得兩個人,但係呢度一叫要叫晒全隻,所以我哋決定全晚就淨係食片皮鴨,片皮鴨一燒好之後,部長就直接拎到過嚟我哋張枱隔離切。切出黎嘅鴨肉睇落唔算好多,但係食落之後就發現兩個人其實好飽,呢度切到確保每一片肉都會黐住個皮,果皮燒到脆卜卜,底下層肥膏已經燒走晒,成為咗油香。個皮方面做得比平時食開嘅厚少少,但係又唔會太厚,反而有啲咬感,仲要上面加咗啲芝麻,令到個皮香口啲。馬拉盞通菜煲$118另外都不忘叫碟菜飲食均衡啲,個煲上到嚟熱辣辣,仲聽到治治聲,馬拉盞嘅味道一擁而上,好香口,通菜好柔嫩,火候啱啱好,食落冇喳仲好新鮮。
