第1次試玉桃軒, 環境唔錯, 叫做坐得舒適D, 星期六飲茶驚迫人可以選擇泥依度。點心價位中上, 下午茶時間冇乜優惠, 食物質素正常, 冇乜特別~依個XO醬腸粉叫既時候以為係煎, 點知原來係蒸既, 再係面頭加XO醬同櫻花蝦。XO醬同同櫻花蝦既味道係好食又咸香, 腸粉夠滑, 但係相信依個組合如果換成煎腸粉會更好食。切雞米線雞冇另上已經扣左D分, 雞件骨肉比例差唔多, 湯底亦冇乜味而且唔夠熱, 麻麻地。馬拉糕新鮮熱辣又鬆軟, 味道香甜, 甜味唔OVER, 好味~蝦餃餡料飽滿, 蝦爽口, 餃皮煙UN, 好味~菜苗餃不過不失~ continue reading

最近好久都沒多人外吃飯,  回想起上年臨近歲晚和朋友們相約在鱷魚恤中心的玉桃軒酒家午膳,順道送豬迎鼠,為新一年作好準備。是次選擇了經濟實惠的四人精選午市套餐(SET A) ,包括了湯、魚、點心、小菜及一款主食。是日精選老火湯火喉控制適中,用料十足,煲湯的豬肉絕對沒有榎歰歰的感覺,好味。清蒸沙巴仔師傅控制蒸魚的時間拿捏得十分準確,肉質十分飽滿,咬下去啖啖魚香。精美點心午市套餐可任選三樣點心,我們選擇了最大路及受歡迎的蝦餃、燒賣及小籠包。玉桃蝦餃皇蝦餃皮薄餡靚,彈牙爽口,鮮甜美味。 蝦籽燒賣皇燒賣是我最愛的茶樓點心,絕對不容錯過。豬肉的香味配上豐富的蝦籽,口感豐富。上海小籠包小籠包的外皮厚度適中,肉汁夠juicy,但一籠小籠包只得三粒,不夠四人分。特色小菜 - 薑蔥斑頭腩煲斑頭腩份量充足,加上斑頭腩都充滿蔥的香氣,好吃。精選主食 - 法式芝士焗蝦球伊麵充滿芝士香氣,蝦球也沒有overcooked。這個午市套餐十分價廉物美,值得一試,如套餐包括糖水(如紅豆沙、麥米粥等)會更加分。 continue reading

今天閒日和家人去了觀塘玉桃軒食點心下午茶,這裏地方寬敞,樓底高,還安排了近窗的位置,坐得舒服。共叫了六款點心,全部也是新鮮熱辣。咸水角熱辣辣,足料,大大嚿好好味。柴魚花生粥煲得好棉,也同樣足料。點心拼盤有五件點心,還包括了蝦餃, 已經值回票價。豉汁煎釀茄子 一共有四大嚿,釀魚肉足料彈牙,配上茄子海王脆脆腸外軟內脆,內裡包著蔬菜類和蟹柳,比起傳統的腸粉添了一份新鮮感。香芋鴨腳扎現在的酒樓已經很少食到, 芋頭炆得很淋很入味,佩上鴨腳和腐皮是完美的配搭, 食回昔日的味道。 continue reading
