老友相聚,今次吃順德菜提到順德菜,第一時間就諗起《鳳城酒家》,1954年開業至今,仍然保留多款傳統菜式,水準依舊🥢招牌脆皮炸子雞 餐廳嘅招牌菜,選用三黃雞,皮厚多汁,製作過程一絲不苟,真正皮脆肉嫩,啖啖鹽香味道🥢窩貼大明蝦 炸至金黃香脆,鮮蝦爽口彈牙,多士脆口而一點也不油膩,更可配搭沙律醬嚟食🥢手作鮭魚卷 用上原條桂花魚,一魚二食,魚肉嫩滑,包入冬筍、花菇和火腿,有著不同口感,魚頭和魚尾亦將之油炸,口感酥脆,非常出色的一道手工菜🥢大良炒鮮奶 順德名菜,雖然口味清淡,但奶香濃郁,加入欖仁和火腿蓉,令口感和味道更豐富🥢高湯炸粉果 上枱時香噴噴,口感外脆內軟,吃時蘸上高湯,口感更豐富🥢西米焗布甸上枱時熱辣辣香噴噴,蓮蓉入口幼滑,西米有口感,甜度恰好,不愧為鳳城經典名物🥢雪耳楊枝甘露 鮮甜幼滑,啖啖新鮮果肉,消暑甜品之選🥢彩棉芒果布甸 口感綿滑,啖啖新鮮芒果粒,加入彩棉 (應該是棉花糖)作點綴,飯後甜品之選
