近期日式燒肉成為我飯堂,當中尖沙咀嘅燒肉臻係幫襯得最多嘅幾間,原因係抵食好食又多選擇食燒肉當然唔會放過A4和牛,分別叫咗肉眼同少見嘅牛頸脊部位。論油份來講牛頸脊再豐富啲,所以要燒耐啲,將啲有份逼走,食落就冇咁油膩我最愛嘅牛舌分別叫咗蒜蔥薄切同厚切兩款:薄切就食爽口同埋蔥蒜嘅甜香。厚當然係食油脂豐富同埋個口感啦,兩款都咁喜歡另外有期間限定嘅南非鮑魚同埋活蟶子;鮑魚雖然唔係好大隻,但出奇地腍,燒完有少少炭香,好味。蟶子加咗蒜蓉牛油,燒到啱啱熟,爽口又鮮甜另外再叫咗燒白鱔,由於難控制火候,呢個會有師傅幫手。師傅好有心機慢慢燒,燒到皮好脆肉又夠厚,非常好食除咗牛肉都叫咗伊比利亞豬肋條同埋豚肉卷:前者要好俾心機慢慢燒香四邊,火唔可以太大,燒完之後口感爽脆又煙韌。另外嘅豚肉卷裏面嘅係蒜心清甜又冇渣,襯埋豚肉卷食口感一流最後都叫咗炸河蝦同池魚仔送酒,因為加咗個$248任飲Sake90分鐘嘅放題。成個形式都係自助,店員會比較個QR code,自己去斟酒。揀啱邊款就飲邊款,選擇都好多,可以試到好多唔同嘅清酒口味埋單嘅時候店員都有提我哋用某啲信用卡可以有九折嘅推廣,咁又可以慳返啲👍👍
