放假去咗莆田食飯原來而家promo緊鰻魚節咁就要叫返款鰻魚食吓先普寧豆醬焗鰻魚店員一打開煲蓋就聞到香噴噴既普寧豆醬佈滿係鰻魚上面。鰻魚好肥美,食落肉質鮮甜口感勁爽彈。芋香鴨係我每次嚟莆田都必食既菜式外層酥脆,裏頭包著芋泥同滷鴨肉。芋泥同滷鴨肉既咸香中和起來食落唔油膩。真係好好味。糖醋黃花魚呢個好似係新加菜式梗要要食吓,黃花魚炸得好酥脆,魚邊脆卜卜魚肉鮮嫩,配上糖醋汁好開胃。興化炒米粉米粉炒到乾爽配上多款海鮮料同腩肉絲。再加上脆紫菜好惹味。薄荷枇杷凍清涼滋潤甜度適中。
