To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣好好, 星期日放假, 去大棠睇下紅葉, 人就好多, 但紅葉就比較少啦, 差不多日落, 係時候回程啦, 落番元朗, 女朋友吾想食熱野, 就不如食日本野啦, 結果我地去左絢文, 門面好日式感覺, 簡單不浮誇入到去, 別有洞天!!裝修好靚, 師傅係當面為食客整壽司仲有個大雪櫃, 裝左唔少清酒, 威士忌首先叫左個蒸蛋, 係有黑松露黎點綴, 黑松露數量吾少!蒸蛋好滑, 本身味道較淡, 但用上黑松露, 濃郁既松露香味立即提升蒸滑蛋既口感!! 壽司首先叫左個深海池魚, 肉質細緻嫩滑,口感爽朗鯛魚壽司, 手工好好, 切得薄薄, 反開佢一睇, 原來加上蔥花, 細嫩既鯛魚再加上脆口既蔥花, 口感獨特海膽軍艦, 鮮艷的黃色,有光澤,而且質感十分飽滿,卵子顆粒分明, 奶油般滑不溜口, 加上牠的味道鮮甜,刺激食慾三文魚籽軍艦, 三文魚籽入口啪啪響一粒粒爆出, 粘粘口感, 味道濃厚, 令人齒頰留香最後食個士多啤梨做甜品, 顆粒鮮紅飽滿, 好鮮甜, 一點都不酸!!
