一直都想試這間中菜廳,煮海鮮出色,見人少少,同朋友兩個人去。疫情下,餐廳人不多。中菜廳位於酒店內,裝修簡單雅致,其實好適合婚宴。餐廳新推出蟹的約會,仲買一送一,好化算,可惜我暫時要對蟹戒口,但我們也選了些海鮮來嚐。鍋燒薑蔥美國珍寶蠔($268)上菜的時候熱辣辣,煲內吱吱渣渣聲地響,蠔每隻很飽滿,脹卜卜,鮮味十足之餘仲有香葱及薑味,兩種滋味一流。水牛奶煎斑球($248)斑球鮮味肉厚,牛奶味仲好香濃,滑上加滑。上湯龍蝦泡飯($438)泡飯付上香脆米通,將米通灑上泡飯,會吱吱聲。龍蝦已經切粒,放入湯內,龍蝦鮮味更凸出。九製陳皮燉雪梨 ($42)清潤自然,冰糖不會太甜,陳皮味配合得很好。
