好友近期光顧了一間日本菜,質素不俗,亦得知小妹喜歡飲飲食食試新菜,特意邀約共聚一起品嚐美食,暢聚一番活貝盛合@有活鮑魚、帆立貝、生蠔、蜆,熟手嘅店員會喺枱旁邊全程幫手燒,並根據唔同嘅海鮮加上清酒、海鮮豉油、鹽等不唔同嘅調味,更特出到鮮味~完全唔需要自己落手,既唔怕會燒到過熟,仲可以近距離欣賞到活貝嘅燒煮調味過程,聞到陣陣燒物嘅香氣。鮑魚上到枱仲非常生猛咁郁下郁下,口感當然彈牙味美;蜆肉飽滿鮮甜,粒粒蜆肉都脹卜卜;扇貝鮮嫩彈牙,配上好香嘅清酒味,好甜美;日本生蠔非常大隻肥美,新鮮生猛嘅海鮮燒完仍保留原汁原味南瀛卷@蟹肉反卷上鋪上滿瀉嘅拖羅蓉,下面散滿着三文魚籽,仲有份量好足嘅海膽同甜蝦,賣相非常精緻誘人,不愧係餐廳嘅招牌特色。海膽完全唔腥好鮮甜,加上滿滿肉質肥美嘅拖羅蓉同卷飯一齊食,份量咁足,鮮味非常澎湃,真係齒頰留香東瀛五點盛@有甜蝦、三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子和油甘魚。刺身厚度適,睇落都好鮮,個人最喜歡甜蝦同帶子,鮮甜黎有黏口嘅鮮活感,而魚刺身口感軟腍,帶豐富油香,甘香可口紫菜海膽天婦羅@炸得清脆嘅紫菜,包住軟綿creamy嘅海膽,豐腴嘅味道同半融化嘅質感,口感對比鮮明,超滿足!蟹味噌甲羅

蟹味噌甲羅燒@大大嘅蟹蓋裡面有蟹羔、蟹籽、蟹肉,再加上一隻鵪鶉蛋。店員將鵪鶉蛋倒進蟹蓋內,一邊燒一邊攪拌,確保材料均勻,啖啖都食到層次嘅豐富。用味噌製過的蟹膏帶點鹹香,配上鮮甜嘅蟹肉,濃醇美味,加上鵪鶉蛋黃就更添風味!

青蘋果乳酸@乳酸味道清新,好香青蘋果味,微微酸甜好醒胃~粒粒冰凍嘅青蘋果粒頂喺杯頸嘅位置,唔會飲到最後,因為浸泡太耐而變得軟腍,失去其清爽口感
